Mofve builds new companies with founders and develops ventures for future buyers. Bring us your idea, or explore a Mofve company as it becomes available. We help turn the opportunity into a brand, product, website, and launch plan.
Whether you have a defined idea or want to explore a venture Mofve is developing, the starting point is a conversation about fit.
Our studio develops and tests its own concepts. When a venture is ready for the right operator or buyer, we can explore leadership, a majority acquisition, or another negotiated partnership. Availability, price, ownership, and stage vary by company.
Bring your market insight, ambition, and operating commitment. We scope the concept, create the brand and digital foundation, build a focused MVP, and help launch. New company builds start at $50,000 plus a minimum 5% Mofve equity interest.
Explore Mofve-developed companies prepared for a new owner or operator. Each released listing will show the working website, business plan, included assets, stage, and proposed transaction terms.
Matching occasion shoes and handbags.
Proposed asking price
Élan Pair
A proposed women’s occasion-wear business selling matching shoes and handbags.
The preview shows five matching sets at a sample retail price of $200 each. We may test prices from $200 to $500, depending on the product and confirmed landed cost. For context, a set sold for $200 with a $65 landed cost has about a 208% markup and a 67.5% gross margin, before advertising, returns, and other expenses. Six-figure annual sales are a potential goal with effective marketing, not a forecast or guarantee.
The $15,000 purchase package will include: the business plan, brand and storefront assets, supplier information, product catalog, launch plan and marketing plan and the option to market/ advetise at additional cost.
Before we call the business ready to operate, we need to confirm image rights, supplier terms, inventory arrangements, shipping, and a working payment checkout.
Men’s dress shoes and loafers

The Modern Gentleman
The storefront preview shows five shoe concepts at a sample retail price of $100 per pair, a fit guide, and a demo shopping bag.
the proposed $25,000 purchase package includes a business plan, brand and storefront assets, supplier information, a product catalog, a launch plan, and a marketing plan. Mofve can also provide marketing and advertising services for an additional fee.
A statement lounge chair in five colors
Proposed asking price
The Lounge Edit
The storefront preview shows all five chair colors at a sample retail price of $1,500 per chair. The shopping bag is a demo; checkout is not live.
The proposed purchase package includes the brand and storefront assets, product catalog, vendor sourcing information, business plan, and launch plan. Inventory and freight are separate.
Local plumbing requests and partner lead platform
Proposed asking price
PlumbConnect
The customer-facing preview leads with “Get a plumber now” and shows how someone can describe a plumbing issue, request help, or ask for a call. It also includes a plumber login and sample lead dashboard.
Dashboard Test: You can test the dashboard with demo@plumbconnect.test and Preview2026!
The site is a prelaunch concept. The forms, login, and leads are demonstrations. We still need to connect the CRM, activate a phone line, verify plumbing partners, and launch both marketing campaigns before taking live requests.
Paid advertising and 24/7 AI call-handling costs are scoped separately from the asking price.
Your initial investment establishes the company and launches a focused first version. Every later stage is scoped and approved before work begins.
Starting build fee + minimum 5% Mofve equity
The exact features, timeline, and acceptance criteria are set in a written scope. Ad spend, legal and tax fees, inventory, complex integrations, ongoing operations, and physical-location costs are separately budgeted. Brick-and-mortar projects require additional feasibility, buildout, staffing, and working capital. A launched company does not imply guaranteed customers, earnings, funding, or an exit.
For selected ideas, Mofve creates the venture, takes it to market, and develops proof of demand. The goal is to grow a valuable company and pursue a sale, strategic acquisition, or another liquidity event when the opportunity is right.
Near-term sales may start at $100,000, with a price based on verified traction and buyer terms. Stronger ventures may pursue acquisitions potentially worth millions. A public listing is a longer-term possibility for an exceptional company, subject to substantial growth and regulatory requirements.
Exit timing and value depend on performance, ownership, financing, and the actual transaction. No exit is guaranteed.
Mofve may invest in selected outside companies and work alongside their teams to reach the next stage.
Depending on the opportunity, Mofve can evaluate a capital investment, strategic partnership, or a combination of funding and hands-on help.
Any investment depends on due diligence, available capital, and individually negotiated terms.

A defined company launch scope: concept work, brand direction, website, commerce where relevant, one focused MVP, and launch setup. The proposal will specify features, milestones, and handoff requirements before you commit.
Yes, if the concept is a fit. Real estate, permits, construction, inventory, staffing, and opening capital require a separate feasibility plan and approved stage budgets beyond the starting build fee.
For client-built companies, Mofve’s minimum stake is negotiated and documented at formation. In a full sale, Mofve would generally sell its stake and receive its share of proceeds. Retaining 5% after a transaction requires a buyer to agree to a partial sale or another negotiated structure.
The Company A–D cards are sample listings for the planned catalog. Each available company will have its own live website, business plan, diligence materials, price, and transaction terms. Contact us to discuss what is currently available.

Mofve Notice and Risk Disclosure
Effective date Oct 19, 2026 | Website mofve.com
Buying a prelaunch company or paying to build one involves substantial uncertainty and additional costs. This notice explains how Mofve’s website descriptions should be read and what a prospective buyer, founder, operator, or investor should verify before committing.
1 What the Site presents
Mofve describes company concepts, new-company build services, selected ventures, and possible investments or partnerships. The Site includes sample listing slots and may include preview storefronts. A preview may demonstrate branding or a customer journey without having live inventory, payment processing, suppliers under contract, licenses, customers, revenue, or an operating team. Each opportunity’s actual stage and included assets must be confirmed in its diligence package and signed agreement.
2 Pricing, costs, and ownership
A posted company asking price or starting build fee is an initial discussion point, not a valuation, fixed offer, or promise that a transaction will close at that price. Mofve’s current site describes new company builds starting at $50,000 plus a proposed minimum 5% Mofve equity interest. The final fee, equity class and percentage, voting and distribution rights, vesting or dilution terms, and transfer rights require separate written agreement.
Additional costs may include inventory, supplier samples, software subscriptions, advertising, customer support, attorneys, accountants, taxes, permits, insurance, hiring, physical premises, freight, and working capital. Stage budgets must be approved in writing. For a proposed company sale, Mofve intends to retain at least 5% equity. The actual stake, assets transferred, capital obligations, dilution, and governance must be negotiated and documented in a signed agreement.
3 Business and operating risk
New and early-stage businesses can fail. A website, app, supplier contact, business plan, or marketing campaign does not establish product-market fit. Customers may not purchase, advertising may cost more than expected, margins may be lower, suppliers may change terms, a platform may restrict accounts, technology may fail, and the company may need additional financing or an experienced operator.
A buyer should verify ownership and transferability of domains, code, trademarks, product images, data, contracts, permits, customer relationships, and other assets. Some rights cannot be transferred without third-party consent. Industry-specific activities may require licenses, regulatory approval, and compliance systems before launch.
4 No earnings, funding, or exit guarantee
Illustrations, target revenue, potential margins, projected values, and exit scenarios are estimates or aspirations unless expressly identified as verified historical results. Actual results can differ materially. Mofve does not guarantee any level of revenue, profit, customer demand, capital raised, acquisition price, initial public offering, or time to liquidity.
A possible sale, acquisition, or public listing depends on buyer interest, market conditions, performance, ownership, financing, approvals, and negotiated terms. The possibility of an exit in the millions does not mean that any listed concept is currently worth that amount or will reach it.
5 Independent review before a commitment
Before paying for a build, buying an existing concept, operating a venture, or investing, review the precise stage, assets, liabilities, financial records, ownership, vendor arrangements, legal and tax structure, proposed scope, costs, and timetable. Ask for documents supporting any historical performance or earnings claim. Seek advice from your own attorney, accountant, and business advisers where appropriate.
Any definitive transaction will require separate documents. If a sale qualifies as a regulated business opportunity, required disclosure documents and any required earnings claim statement must be supplied under applicable law. This page is not a substitute for those documents. A securities investment, if offered, would be made only through authorized offering materials and applicable procedures.

We may revise this Policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will post an updated version with its effective date and provide any additional notice required by law.
Mofve Website Terms and Conditions
Effective date [Oct 19, 2026 | Website mofve.com
These terms explain the rules for using Mofve’s website and how website descriptions relate to a later, signed project or purchase agreement. Visiting the Site or sending an inquiry does not itself buy a company or commit Mofve to a service or transaction.
1 About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to mofve.com and any pages Mofve operates as part of the Site. “Mofve,” “we,” and “us” refer to Mofve. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site describes Mofve’s company-building services, proposed company concepts, selected ventures, and potential partnerships. These Terms cover the Site. A signed agreement governs any actual build project, company sale, equity arrangement, investment, or other transaction.
2 Site content is preliminary
Descriptions, sample storefronts, company cards, asking prices, launch timelines, projected markets, and other material on the Site are for discussion. A listing may be a concept, a prelaunch company, or an operating venture. Mofve may change, withdraw, or decline any listing or proposal before a definitive agreement is signed.
The published starting price for a new company build is $50,000 plus a proposed Mofve equity interest of at least 5%. The exact fee, equity structure, deliverables, ownership, timetable, and additional costs are established only in a written proposal and definitive agreement. A listed asking price is not an appraisal, a commitment to sell, or a representation of revenue or profit.
3 Inquiries and eligibility
You may submit an inquiry if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to provide its information and communicate on its behalf. Provide accurate contact information. Submitting a form does not reserve a company, establish an advisory relationship, obligate Mofve to provide services, or create any purchase or investment right.
Do not submit confidential source code, trade secrets, sensitive financial information, or another person’s personal information through an ordinary Site form unless Mofve has provided a suitable secure process or signed an appropriate confidentiality agreement.
4 Written project and transaction documents control
Company builds require an approved scope of work. A business or asset sale requires a signed purchase agreement and appropriate diligence. Separate documents will address payment milestones, cancellation or refund rights, warranties, intellectual property, transferred assets, liabilities, equity, governance, closing conditions, and each party’s responsibilities.
Advertising, inventory, legal and tax work, licenses, physical premises, construction, complex integrations, ongoing operations, and other third-party costs are not included unless the signed scope expressly includes them. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website Terms about that project or transaction, the signed agreement controls.
5 Company and venture information
Availability, stage, title to assets, supplier arrangements, regulatory status, customer activity, financial information, and transferability differ by opportunity. A buyer or operator must review the applicable diligence materials and obtain independent professional advice. Mofve does not guarantee that a company will launch, earn revenue, secure customers or financing, remain viable, be acquired, or complete a public listing.
References to a potential investment, equity participation, acquisition, or public-market event are informational. They are not an offer to sell securities or a solicitation to buy securities. Any securities transaction, if pursued, will be made only through the applicable authorized documents and process.
6 Intellectual property and submitted material
The Site and its text, design, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by Mofve or its licensors. You may view and print reasonable portions for your own evaluation, but you may not copy, republish, scrape, or commercially reuse Site material without written permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
You retain rights in material you submit. You grant Mofve a limited permission to use the material to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and to conduct discussions you request. You represent that you have the right to provide it. No transfer of intellectual property in a proposed company occurs through the Site.
7 Acceptable use
Do not use the Site unlawfully; misrepresent your identity or authority; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; collect information by automated means without permission; or use Site content to impersonate Mofve or mislead others. Mofve may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Site or its users.
8 Third-party services and links
The Site may link to company previews, forms, payment providers, or other third-party websites. Their own terms and privacy notices govern those services. Mofve is not responsible for content or availability outside the Site, except as expressly stated in a signed agreement.
9 Site availability and limits
Mofve provides the Site on an “as available” basis. We aim to keep information current but do not promise uninterrupted access or that preliminary Site content is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Mofve is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from Site access or reliance on preliminary website materials. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability relating to a signed transaction is governed by that transaction’s agreement.
10 Changes and applicable law
Mofve may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued Site use after the update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of [state], subject to any mandatory law that applies. Any court proceeding concerning Site use will be brought in [California], unless applicable law requires otherwise.
